The 21 rooms provided by Villa San Martino are a continuous mixture of antique and modern, perfectly blended together. Rooms are divided into: 11 Double Deluxe Rooms, 2 Triple Deluxe Rooms, 8 Junior Suites, all set up exclusively with high-quality materials. Two of our rooms are thought to meet the exigencies of people with disabilities.

Inside the rooms everything was studied and designed aiming at raising the pleasure of Your stay. In each room, alongside the vintage decor, the damask curtains from the best silk factories of Caserta, and marbled bathrooms, You can find design furniture, comfort and a Jacuzzi bathtub.
The flagship of the Villa is the swimming pool and its surrounding area, ideal for sunbathing and to donate moments of wellness for both body and mind.

Deluxe room
Majestic and sophisticated, the Deluxe Rooms offer our Guests the pleasure of enjoying overly-refined settings. Provided with every comfort and with hydro massage tub, these rooms extend over a surface between 15 and 20 m², with lateral or garden entrance. Cozy rooms are thought to allow our Guests to enjoy the tranquility of a naturalistic context, which is what makes the Villa unique.

Room Deluxe Maison Rose
These rooms of 18 sqm are located in our DEPENDANCE, near the Mediterranean park and the swimming pool. All rooms have a small terrace equipped with wrought iron table and chairs. Entrance to the room is through a French door.
The room is tastefully furnished with fine furnishings, a minibar, SKY TV and a private bathroom with jacuzzi bathtub. Please specify bed preference at the time of booking.

26 mq: The junior suite gives you more space. It features free Wi-Fi and a patio.
It also has a hydromassage bathtub and an LCD TV with Sky channels. It’s close to the outdoor pool and it features free Wi-Fi and a patio with view on the anphiteatre.

Close to Martina Franca, Locorotondo, Cisternino and Alberobello, the Relais Villa San Martino rises on an ancient, nature-filled manor house and it was built using original materials only, in order to recreate the strict relationship with its native environment.

All rooms give onto the large garden through wide windows, the interior is pleasantly bright, sober and refined. All brides and grooms are looking for a gorgeous background for the best day in their lifetime. Thus, Villa San Martino is surrounded by a large park with plenty of Mediterranean pines, palm and citrus trees, rose gardens, flowers and grass all enlightened in a spectacular way by ceramic lanterns. The scenery is embellished by a patio with stone capital columns, surmounted by a floral pergola, and it is ideally suited for an outdoor cocktail party as well as setting for wonderful photos. Curious and romantic features: some plants have been chosen because they draw butterflies! The “Taverna del Duca” can host banquets up to 100 persons while the closer “Duca di Martina”. Restaurant has a capacity of 45 seats and in the summer season can extend in a wide terrace. The “Sala delle Arpe” can host banquets up to 200 persons and gives onto a “citrus tree - theatre” whose stage is the ideal background for concert performances. A choreographic open-air colonnade, made up of a series of enlightened stone arches, represents a sort of “Unicum” in celebrating polished ceremonies up to 250 persons, especially in the evening.
